The D.O.P San Marzano tomato was born in a well-defined territory that includes 41 municipalities: the most important areas are the Agro Sarnese-Nocerino, Acerrano-Nolano,  Pompeiana-Stabiese and Montorese. Only in this specific land you find the best conditions for the cultivation of San Marzano seedlings. In fact, the Mediterranean climate and the fertility of this land rich of volcanic debris are the essential elements for the perfect maturation of the San Marzano and the unique intensity of its flavor.

San Marzano tomatoes are known and appreciated all over the world not only for their unique taste, but also for their many health benefits. Suffice it to say that in America the name San Marzano is a synonym for tomatoes. For this reason, unfortunately there are many attempts to counterfeit this product.
Solania DOP San Marzano is a symbol of the authenticity and genuineness to bring all over the world.
